Hesabınızı ve tüm ilgili verileri kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Bu işlem geri alınamaz.
Uygulama üzerinden silme
Uygulamaya erişiminiz varsa en hızlı yol budur:
- Uygulamayı açın ve Ayarlar sekmesine gidin.
- Sayfanın en altında Hesabı Sil seçeneğine dokunun.
- Onay iletişim kutusunda silme işlemini onaylayın.
E-posta ile silme talebi
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız, hesabınızda kayıtlı e-posta adresinden aşağıdaki bağlantıyı kullanarak talep gönderebilirsiniz.

Hesap silme işlemi tamamlandığında aşağıdaki veriler kalıcı olarak kaldırılır:
- Hesap bilgileri (e-posta, profil)
- Tüm portföy ve işlem kayıtları
- Favori enstrümanlar ve varlık hedefleri
- Fiyat alarmları
- Push bildirimi token'ları
Yasal olarak saklanması zorunlu kayıtlar varsa yalnızca gerekli süre boyunca tutulur ve ardından silinir.
Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
Delete from within the app
If you have access to the app, this is the fastest way:
- Open the app and go to the Settings tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion in the confirmation dialog.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from the email address linked to your account using the link below.
Send deletion requestData that is deleted
When account deletion is complete, the following data is permanently removed:
- Account information (email, profile)
- All portfolio and transaction records
- Favourite instruments and asset goals
- Price alerts
- Push notification tokens
Any records required by law are retained only for the legally required period and then deleted.

Sie können Ihr Konto und alle zugehörigen Daten dauerhaft löschen. Diese Aktion kann nicht rückgängig gemacht werden.
Löschung über die App
Wenn Sie Zugang zur App haben, ist dies der schnellste Weg:
- Öffnen Sie die App und gehen Sie zum Tab Einstellungen.
- Scrollen Sie nach unten und tippen Sie auf Konto löschen.
- Bestätigen Sie die Löschung im Bestätigungsdialog.
Löschanfrage per E-Mail
Falls Sie keinen Zugang zur App haben, senden Sie eine Löschanfrage von der mit Ihrem Konto verknüpften E-Mail-Adresse über den nachstehenden Link.
Löschanfrage sendenGelöschte Daten
Nach Abschluss der Kontolöschung werden folgende Daten dauerhaft entfernt:
- Kontoinformationen (E-Mail, Profil)
- Alle Portfolio- und Transaktionsdatensätze
- Favoriteninstrumente und Anlageziele
- Preisalarme
- Push-Benachrichtigungs-Token
Gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Aufzeichnungen werden nur für die erforderliche Dauer aufbewahrt und danach gelöscht.
